Together with ...and dos Santos, we have transformed the future job profile of nearly 3,000 long-distance train drivers and developed a catalog of measures that outlines how we need to change, among other things, our leadership approach to efficiently and effectively integrate new and young employees into our company. The significant number of future train drivers (Tf) who will replace retirements over the next 10 years poses a particular challenge for this task. Based on the diverse needs of these different employee groups, the concept for future learning and knowledge management was designed in a subsequent step. As a third step, the vision and concept idea for the future workplace - the train driver's cab - was developed.

In the context of another groundbreaking project on Employee Experience, based on approximately 22,000 employees including executives, ...and dos Santos played a key role in identifying crucial moments for an improved work experience. This involved creating new foundations such as a contemporary Employee Lifecycle, determining factors for work performance, and developing essential measures, including the need to train executives in an advanced leadership style.

The transformation model employed by ...and dos Santos brings about a genuine shift in thinking among participants and simultaneously promotes successful collaboration across various levels of hierarchy and departments, always with a clear focus on the individual, both as an employee and as a leader. We are convinced that this unique approach is crucial for sustainably enhancing the well-being of our employees and executives, thereby transforming and future-proofing our organization.

This think tank brings together selected experts and in-depth research to identify problems from different perspectives together with our teams and to show practical solutions. It consistently creates a stimulating work atmosphere that not only exceeds our expectations but also leads to the successful integration of the results into our organization.

We are not only excited about the model and competence of ...and dos Santos but also about the speed and proven effectiveness of their unique collective approach to generating ideas, strategies, and implementations.
