In addition to hands-on change management and leading a business unit with 250 employees at Germany's largest university, she brings a scientific background in organisational behaviour, leadership, digital transformation and employee recruitment and retention. In addition, her leadership experience in the UK at the London Institute of Banking and Finance as well as several years of research and teaching at one of the most renowned universities in the Midwest have shaped her. Her passion besides management is her horse breeding and training. She is currently responsible for the entire teaching media production of the IU International University as well as globally for all regulatory matters and regularly gives lectures on cutting-edge educational topics such as artificial intelligence in learning and user-generated content (DB Future Learning Circle).
