Jutta dos Santos Miquelino

... is CEO and co-founder of ... and dos Santos, as well as a visionary strategist for conscious transformation. With over 25 years of experience in leadership, corporate culture and consulting, she develops people-centred solutions that combine business excellence with inner clarity. Her work combines digital innovation with human values – and promotes a culture of creativity, joy, diversity and personal growth in the workplace.

Her career began at P&G Prestige Beauté, where she developed and launched iconic brands such as HUGO and BOSS woman. Later, she led a team at Storck responsible for over 100 countries and drove digitalisation forward. At Sony CE, she restructured the operational business, accompanied profound transformations as a cultural coach and achieved excellence in Europe as a member of the executive team.

Today, she brings her experience and her own 5D leadership model to companies, teams and organisations – and also in book form in The Glass Elevator. In addition, she is committed to the future viability of the economy and society as a member of the IHK Parliament and hosts a weekly business masterclass for entrepreneurs on Berliner Wirtschaft Online.
